- You gotta have a personal webpage and an e-mail address and you must know how to use them. If you don't know how to use them, learn how to. When I say personal webpage, I mean Geocities, Tripod, Crosswinds, and so on. More webpage providers are listed here.

- General type cyberpet pages are majorly frowned upon. I hate seeing melceys on general cyberpet pages, with 10 billion click-and-take pets. Don't do it if you wish to adopt more pets from me in the future.
- You may adopt one pup per litter. If you don't get drawn this time, you can try the next. You can adopt as many melceys as you want but from different litters.
- I am not strict about the time you get to have your pup on a (non general cyberpet) page. I prefer that you have them up in a week. If you don't get them up within a reasonable amount of time, I give them to someone else.
- Melcey pups and all of the content therein are ©Ê1999-2001 by Arborwin. Please do not take or alter my things under any circumstances. This includes changing the image's size, adding text, changing the format, or otherwise manipulating the image. Doing so is a violation of copyright and it is against the law. So don't do it.
It is possible to obtain a Darkness pup and the newer themes only through random draw. Select "Random" from the Theme selection if you want a Darkness or just want to get a random pup. If you ask for any other theme, you will receive it. |
